Return Policy

Returns / Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt any canceled items provided that you return the goods, including packaging to us in perfect condition. The goods to be returned must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. We do not refund your original order postage cost, and the cost of return postage is payable by you. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped in a plain outer box. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are fully insured. All returned goods must be as new and complete including all original packaging. Pit In Motorsport & Sound cannot hold responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost while being returned.All returns must be sent as a recorded delivery and we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred in transit back to us. 

All Refund and return claims will be dealt with maximum 14 days. please be patient for credit refund .. process return of goods need full inspection. excluding postage.

Pit In Motorsport & Sound will charge a restocking fee of 10% of the Gross amount for all goods returned that are not required. If you do not return the goods as required, Pit In Motorsport & Sound may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. The goods must be returned to Pit In Motorsport & Sound, Shop AG002 Motorcity 1082 Old Pretoria Rd Midrand

Factory faulty might not be replaced immediately. A credit or a replacement will be granted pending the outcome of the inspection

You can return product with in 7 working days if

  • The product has not been used in any way,
  • It must be in an original condition and packaging
  • Original proof of payment/invoice provided

The following products are not refundable neither exchangeable:  

  • Lighting product (LEDs,Bulbs,Globe,etc) 
  • Electrical product (cables,alarms,etc)
  • Paint product
  • Car care product
  • Stickers
  • Once off item (special sale items) 
  • Special orders

Damage or Loss

1. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours so we can claim the damages from the Courier company
    (N.B if you contact us later than that we won't be able to claim the damages)

2. In the case of non-delivery or loss in transit, please contact us immediately on Whatsapp / Email / Landline (011 312 4271)
